Delivery

We deliver you order as soon as payment has been received. Usually an order is processed within 3 working days. Delivery is sent via B-Post. You will be contacted if a delivery cannot be sent within a week. There are no compensations for delayed deliveries.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Swiss Franz including tax.

Delivery Costs

Delivery within Switzerland
- Up to an order of CHF 100.00 the Jungle AG adds a delivery cost of 9.50 CHF.
- For orders upwards of CHF 100.00 the Jungle AG covers the delivery costs.
- For customers that profit from special conditions, a delivery cost of CHF 9.50 per package is added.

Delivery outside Switzerland
Deliveries with the EU are handled through German delivery. Please contact our partner under info@suddenrush.de (www.suddenrushshot.de).

Returns

Only deliveries that have been damaged can be exchanged.

Payment Methods

Per Invoice (only Switzerland), Postfinance (only Switzerland), Mastercard/Eurocard as well as Visa credit cards. Payments are done through SSL encryption via Datatrans.

Credit Checks

The company Jungle AG has the right to make credit checks on customers. Certain payment methods can be withheld without reason.

Default of Payment

If the payment has not been made before the payment term has expired the client automatically and without warning defaults. Should a customer fail to make the debt repayments, the company Jungle AG can claim compensation and may precede according to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations. If the debtor must be sent reminders due to payments, CHF 10 will be invoiced per warning, after the second warning.

Data Protection

The Jungle AG handles personal data with confidentiality and responsibly. The data needed for processing orders are saved and dealt with in accordance of the Swiss Data Protection laws. If necessary for an order, some data may be forwarded to associated and trusted delivery companies. SSL encrypted information through Datatrans handles all data collected through the online shop.

Your Rights

Should you wish to remove or chance any personal data, please contact us with the amendments. You may request information about any saved data. Any questions regarding the gathering, saving and use of personal data may be directed to info@suddenrushshot.ch or 043 499 02 22.

Severability Clause

Should individual terms of this Agreement be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to later circumstances or should a loophole emerge in this Agreement, the legal effectiveness of the other provisions is not affected. The invalid contractual provision shall be replaced or the loophole filled by an appropriate provision which comes as close as possible to what the parties to the Agreement would have wanted, had they considered the point.

Court of Jurisdiction

The provisions and regulations of Swiss Law shall apply. The court of Jurisdiction is Zurich.
